Damage Policy

You agree to be responsible for any damage to the Vacation Home or its contents, normal wear and tear excepted. After Your occupancy, the Vacation Home will be inspected to determine if any loss or damage (including additional cleaning) has been suffered. In such event, you will be notified in writing within ten (10) days of check-out and will pay all replacement costs or repair costs within ten (10) days of receipt of request for items damaged.  Owner agrees to submit receipts and invoices to you for your verification.
